Welcome to the website for one-click Whittier Flotilla AUXINFO reports within District 17. All of the reports on this site are links to AUXINFO. The data in AUXINFO is usually downloaded from AUXDATA each Sunday, but can be a day or two late. The actual date of the download will be displayed at the top of the report.

After running a report, you will need to use your back button to return to this website. You can go directly to https://www.auxinfo.uscg.gov/ if you prefer to create your own reports. You can view additional reports in AUXDATA if you have a login.

To get to your own name click the small dont know 4 button on the far right side of the report, this will open the next page. Continue clicking on the small dont know3 until you get to the page with your name on it. The dont know2 button sends you to the last page and you can back up to your name with the dontknow1 button. Many of the reports also have vertical movement, to see the corresponding up/down click on the dont know button.

Many of these reports cover from 2002 to the present. To see the data for a specific year click on the down arrow next to the "All Years box" and select the year you want to see.

General Reports

Member Activities & Hours                        

When you click on the button to the right, it will open to a page that shows all Flotilla Members and the hours they have reported in 2010 and the Mission. To see just your own hours and missions, scroll across to your name and click on it. To change year change CY

Member Awards

When you click on the button to the right, it will open to a page that shows all Flotilla Members and the number of Awards each has received. To see a description of your individual awards do the following:

1) Click the down arrow in the "170-02-04 Whittier Flotilla" box on the top menu line, 

2) Click on your name, 

3) Right click on the "All Awards" in the Dimension Pane on the left side of page and then

4) Left click on "Nest Columns" at the bottom of the drop down menu. 

You will then see a description of your awards and the year received.

Member Certifications & Competencies

This report shows all members of the Flotilla who have a Competency such as Coxswain, Crew, VE, Instructor, RBSV, PWC Operator, Marine Safety Specialist, Watchstander, etc.
Scroll across to you name and click on it to make it easier to see just your own. Go to the REYR and REWK reports below to see if you are current.





This report shows members who are not current because they have not completed the required minimum number of hours or missions.

This report shows various workshops completed such as OPS, VE, Instructor, Ethnic Diversity, Sexual Harassment, N-Train classes, etc.

Trident Progress

This report shows the specialty course completions towards the Trident rating

AUXOP Progress

This report shows the Specialty Courses taken by members that count towards earning the AUXOP rating.


Operational Reports

Operations Currency Maintenance Tasks

This report shows the completion of various requirements to maintain certification in the Operational Programs.

Incident System (IS) Tasks

This report shows members who have completed IS 100, 200, 700 and/or 800.

Operations Underway Hours                       

This report shows Logistical, ATON, Training and Safety Patrol Hours for Coxswains and Crew.
